Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of ~10 senior and junior consultants, ensuring their development and success.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with Sage Intacct solutions.
- Project Oversight: Manage ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Publisher Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with Sage, fostering a productive relationship to align with organizational goals.
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic insights and thought leadership across the organization and within the broader Sage Intacct ecosystem.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team in obtaining new opportunities and ensuring that our scoping is comprehensive and accurate.
- Technical Integration Supervision: Oversee technical integrations and collaborate with third-party solution providers (ISVs) to deliver seamless client solutions.
